Hi! I’m Ravina Sangha, Founder of Seek Serenity

We live in a world that asks a lot of us. We’re constantly adapting to changing expectations, relationships, responsibilities, and the pace of everyday life. Sometimes, in the process of keeping up, we lose touch with ourselves.

The ways we learned to cope were often shaped by what we needed at the time. But as life changes, those same patterns may begin to leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck.

With over a decade of experience in both public and private social work, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, youth, individuals, and families through many different chapters of life.

I see therapy as a space to slow down and look at the bigger picture, to understand not only what you’re experiencing now, but how your experiences, relationships, culture, and expectations have shaped the way you navigate life.

My approach is creative, practical, collaborative, culturally responsive, and rooted in somatic approaches. I often work with anxiety, guilt, shame, family dynamics, and the tension that can arise between our own needs and the expectations we carry.

I have a particular interest in supporting South Asian individuals and families, offering a space where culture, identity, relationships, and personal values can be explored openly and without judgment.
